Our Director, Nitesh Agarwal is the trailblazer of Gosil Exports and among the first few that started organized manufacturing set up in 1996. Nitesh took over the company operations in 1999 with a team of just 20 people. Now, he leads a team of more than 500. Under the leadership of Nitesh, Gosil Exports expanded its customer base to Western Europe, USA, Japan and Thailand among other parts of the world. It also saw a 12 times increase in turnover in mere 10 years.
Nitesh envisions Gosil to become the most sought after name in the jewellery industry. His focus is not only on multiplying production and sale but also in being an environmentally conscious brand while building a team of committed professionals that live by its core values.
