We use lost wax casting an ancient technique dating back thousands of years and still widely used in modern jewellery production. At Gosil we use Schultheiss casting machine which delivers most brilliant heating and casting.
Based on the design, metal parts are joined together using soldering - an ancient technique. At Gosil we have world’s hi-tech soldering machines of ROFIN & COHERENT which offers the advantage of highly precised soldering.
All authentic Gosil products is identified by a series of key markings known as hallmarks which are laser requirements indicating the purity of the metal and the client’s stamp. We create customised marks for our clients and commit to offer impeccable, durable and high contrast markings with the help of most recognised laser marking machine of ROFIN & COHERENT.
Stone setters set all stones individually by hand, utilising a range of beautiful settings that secure the gemstones and showcase them to great effect.
